Meet and Greet: Traci Powell

My name is Traci Powell (she/her).
I am VP and Chief Professional Practice Officer at the Telecare corporate office. I’ve been at Telecare for 15 months.
In my role, I do a mix of things, including overseeing provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention. Additionally, I work on promoting provider engagement and satisfaction, and enhancing process improvement and quality assurance.
In my view, the best part of my job is the number of people I get to interact with.
What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is that everyone brings different experiences and backgrounds to the table. We are able to leverage this to support our providers, programs, and each other. We all step in to assist where needed.
When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is knowing the work we do is changing lives.
My favorite quote or personal motto is: trust the process.
If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be passion, family, variety.
