Your Journey to Health
Your hopes and dreams guide the journey. We are here to help you along the way.
At Telecare, we believe that recovery can happen; however, we do not cause it to happen. Recovery starts from within you. Your hopes and dreams are the starting point. Our job is to help you and be with you on that journey. Here is how we do that:
We do whatever it takes to help. We have a company full of heroes.
When you're taking steps to change your health and your life, it's good to have people around you that believe in you, support you, and know what it feels like to be on the journey. Telecare's staff members are here because they want to make a difference in your life. The people at Telecare are on your team.
We have a culture that supports recovery.
We work hard to make Telecare a place where hope is awakened and recovery can thrive. We want this to be a a place where you feel connected, seen, and supported in achieving the things that are important to you. We have conversations about your identity, hopes, choices, harmfulness, and connections. We are mindful of how it feels to be at our programs, and create environments that honor uniqueness, respect, motivation, power-awareness, and non-judgment. Together, we identify and work on the things that matter most to you. Click here to learn more about our Whole Person Care initiative.
