My name is Athika Karolia (she/her).

I am the Administrator at Cypress House Community Crisis Home. I’ve been at Telecare for 1 year.

In my view, the best part of my job is to have a positive impact on the lives of the consumers we serve.

What makes me really proud of my team and the work we do is that my team is an amazing set of individuals that show up each day to make a difference in the lives of our consumers. They have an incredible ability to make a high-stress environment a positive place to work in and a positive place to live in.

When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is knowing that our consumers depend on us as a team to ensure their success. This motivates me to keep going.

If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be caring, positive, and growth.
