Congratulations to Lauren McChesney for your promotion to Administrator at Gladman Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC)!

Lauren McChesney finished her undergraduate degree at UCSC, where she studied psychology and education. She then went on to finish her graduate degree in clinical psychology and became licensed as an LMFT.

Lauren has lived in California for her entire life, growing up in the East Bay. She joined Telecare in October 2022 as the clinical director at Gladman MHRC. Lauren has previously worked as the administrator of a crisis residential program, as well as a social worker at a PHF unit, and as the clinical director of an inpatient hospital.

Lauren enjoys working with clients who suffer from chronic and acute mental illness, along with those with personality disorders. She believes in a client-centered approach using empathy and collaboration during treatment.

Lauren currently lives in the East Bay with her family and has two children. She enjoys cooking, hiking, photography, and baking in her spare time!
