Celebrating National Public Health Week at Gladman MHRC!

For over 20 years, National Public Health Week has been an important observance during the first week of April. It's a time to raise awareness about the valuable work public health professionals do to protect everyone’s health. The American Public Health Association also uses this time highlight critical topics such as racism or climate change to educate the public. This year's theme, chosen by the American Public Health Association, is Public Health Where You Are, to show the public what they can do to make a difference.

National Public Health Week is a great time to raise awareness around public health and to work together to make our communities healthier. Telecare’s Gladman Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) had a lot of fun decorations around the program this week to celebrate. To wrap up the week, the program took the fight against COVID-19 to a whole new level with a coronavirus-shaped piñata!

We appreciate the team spirit and commitment of Gladman MHRC in creating a fun and celebratory environment for National Public Health Week.
