Kern CARE Court ACT will deliver time-limited, community-based, holistic support to people who meet CARE criteria and agree to participate in these services. Our person-centered approach to care meets people wherever they are in their recovery — addressing the complex needs of the individual and connecting them to resources to thrive in their community.
