Duane leads Telecare’s Human Resources Department.

In this role, Duane is responsible for all functions of the Human Resources Department, including leadership development, organization design/effectiveness, total rewards, employee relations, and talent acquisition, among other functions.

Prior to joining Telecare, Duane served as VP of Human Resources at Seagate/E-Vault, and as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Terumo BCT, a global medical device company.

Duane received his B.A. at Roberts Wesleyan College, his M.A. in Administration at Michigan State University and Certificate in Executive Leadership/Education at the University of Denver. He also has a Six Sigma Brown Belt Certification in Total Quality Improvement.

Duane is an active member of the CHRO 5280 Forum.
