My name is Traci Powell (She/Her).

I am the VP and Chief Professional Practice Officer at the Corporate Office. I started at Telecare in December 2020.

In my view, the best part of my job is interacting with so many people from different backgrounds and being able to utilize their diverse experiences to improve the quality of care we provide our clients.

What makes me really proud of my team and our work is knowing that we're a small but mighty team. The PSO consists of less than ten members, and we're responsible for all of Telecare’s prescribing staff. We work well together and get the job done!

When I’m having a tough day, the thing that keeps me going is knowing that what we're doing is making a difference in people's lives.

My favorite quote or personal motto is, "trust the process." The reason some things happen isn't always evident; however, I've learned to trust the process, and it always works out.

If I were going to describe Telecare in three words, they would be family, mission, and focus.
