Telecare's Los Angeles Older Adults Full Service Partnership (LAOA FSP) is a behavioral health program that connects people with housing, education, and mental health services. The team at LAOA met Mr. Randle in 2021. He was experiencing homelessness and needed help finding mental health services.

Mr. Randle was staying in his friend's truck at the time. When he met with the LAOA team, he was motivated to work together to get his own place. Mr. Randle quickly won over the team with humor and always ended phone calls with "I love you guys" to show his appreciation.

In May 2022, the Telecare LAOA team and a housing community partner supported Mr. Randle in obtaining the keys to his own one-bedroom apartment! Mr. Randle expressed gratitude to all parties involved in this journey and is motivated to enjoy a better quality of life. Along with the keys to his new apartment, Mr. Randle received cleaning supplies from the team!

The LAOA team is thrilled and honored to have played a part in Mr. Randle’s journey to securing his own apartment. Thanks to the program, he accomplished the goal of getting his own place and having access to the mental health services he needs to live a healthy life. Telecare is a vital resource for people like Mr. Randle who need help getting back on their feet.
