Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President
Sharon oversees Telecare’s Human Resources Function.
In this role, Sharon is responsible for recruiting, developing, and engaging Telecare’s workforce to deliver excellent care to people and customers served. Sharon’s responsibilities include talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee safety and workers’ compensation, employee relations, HR technology and analytics, and organizational development.
Prior to joining Telecare, Sharon was Vice President of Human Resources at The Clorox Company. In that role, she led and integrated several core workforce functions on a global scale, including talent review and succession planning, performance and compensation management, inclusion and diversity, employee relations, HR business partnership, and employee engagement.
Sharon also held management positions at SolarCity, Kaiser Permanente, and IBM.
She has an MBA from Northwestern University, a MS in Industrial Relations from Loyola University, a BA in Behavioral Psychology, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School. She was named “Most Powerful and Influential Woman of California” by the National Diversity Council in October 2015.
