  • Competitive pay and benefits. Our package of pay and benefits keeps pace with market norms.

  • Nine paid holidays! Telecare offers nine paid holidays per year, including Juneteenth. Full-time and part-time non-exempt employees are eligible for holiday pay after being employed for one full pay period. Full-time and part-time exempt employees are eligible for holiday pay beginning with the first day of regular employment.

  • 401k savings plan. Save for retirement with Telecare’s help! Telecare contributes 3% to a 401K account automatically for all eligible employees after one year of service! You can participate and contribute on a voluntary basis.

  • Employee ownership. Telecare is a family- and employee-owned company. With our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, our full-time and part-time, non-bargaining employees can become beneficial owners of the company and can enjoy the financial benefits as we grow and prosper. Telecare pays for 100% of employee ownership plan. That’s free money for you when you retire!
